Castel New Material imployed a unique manufacturing technology for applying a wear resistant chromium carbide overlay (CCO) onto a steel base plate.

The core of this technology is the use of a distinctive weld pool connection method, which results in a very flat wear resistant surface that is free of cracks. Through unremitting development, Castel has received excellent customer feedback for applications in the global mining, cement and other industries.

A team of 30 experienced operators join castel, who had completed more than 3,000 sets of finished products in last 20 years in successed for lots of equipments in many application. As well as Castel focus on increasing own reserach input constantly and cooperating with the famous university lab for developing and introducing the advanced hardfacing technology also.
