Ultrafuse chromium carbide fused wear plates could be cutted in three ways, plasma arc cutting, line cutting, laser cutting. Pls note, flame cutting is not recommend! And it couldn’t be process by ordinary machine tool but Electric Discharge Machining. If convience, plasma arc cutting for big hole. plates are processed to curved surface and cone easily. But it’s very important that force must be vertical to surface of wear plates.
